I love the way CCS takes care of my cart.  They have jumped on every issue that I have had including a slight noise on the top (Loose bolt), alignment issues, and an MCOR.  The integrity is impeccable knowing that when I call I will get honest and fast service as opposed to other contractors I deal with who are a constant battle to get what I think I have coming.  Please keep your company culture!  It is precious!

I called a few days before Halloween because my golf cart was not working.  The mechanic was there the next day and saved Halloween for my children.  They also did not break the wallet on a simple fix.  CCS will be doing all of my service in the future and also new purchases.

I just needed a basic golf cart to play in at my home course.  I learned that CCS has over 25 golf courses they pick their golf carts from.  So I knew that I was going to get a good one.  They delivered to my house for free and the thing looks brand new although it was a few years old.  Great job!

Absolutely the best golf cart business in Columbia.  They actually answer the phone and will talk to you like a normal human being.  Prices are great for sales and service.

I bought a used cart from CCS for my daughter’s wedding earlier this year.  My foot pedal assembly failed after the warranty period.  CCS came to my house and fixed the problem with no questions asked or charges.  I have subsequently decided to upgrade my cart with CCS which they did at a reasonable price.  They even came to my house at my convenience.  I really appreciate the way they do business.

I recently bought a cart from another company nearby and started having issues with acceleration.  The other company only gave a 30 day warranty however this happened a week after I got the cart…  I took the cart back to the guy and he informed me that he would not cover it because the percentages on the computer were not high enough to his standards.  I was aggravated and did not feel like arguing with the guy so called CCS.  They actually service my clubs fleet so they were able to come out and put the computer on to test the bad part (MCOR).  They did not charge me a dime and also informed me of the Club Car standards for the part- If it is not reading 100% then it needs to be replaced.  I called the guy I bought it from and he continued to argue…  I called CCS back and asked what it would be to replace and they were $150 lower than what he wanted to charge me…. I scheduled CCS to come out and replace but the guy I bought it from showed up that night and replaced.  The damage had already been done and I refused even though it was not going to cost me anything.  CCS treated me very professionally and it is obvious they have a great attitude towards Customers. I live in a large golf course community here in town and will be sending all of my neighbors/friends to CCS.  Keep up the great work guys!

I mistakenly bought a cart from another dealer.  I have had constant problems with it including defective batteries.  The original dealer was not very helpful but CCs came to the rescue on every issue.   Unlike the originally dealer the response time was incredible and their pricing was very reasonable.  I could not be happier with the service I get from CCS!

I bought a golf cart with an extended top from CCS’s competitor.  I immediately started having problems… I stopped by Ferol’ s house and found loose bolts on the top and rear seat as well as low tire pressure.  I immediately returned the other cart and purchased a cart from CCS.  I have since then had ZERO problems.  I am a full time physician with small children and appreciate the no hassle philosophy and execution of CCS.
