Checklist Electric Vehicle
–Check
battery water levels and fill with distilled water if needed
–Check
battery interconnections to make sure they are tight or are void of
any
corrosion. We will replace interconnect free if it is damaged.
–Check
battery tie downs to make sure batteries are tied down.
–Wash
and clean batteries with detergent to make sure batteries are not
emitting battery current discharge to the frame or other parts of
vehicle. This eliminates parasitic draws on batteries and increases
battery life.
–Check
all lights and make sure they work.
–Check
Brakes – shoes, fluid levels, hand brake, master cylinder
–Check
tires and fill to correct pressure Wash and detail vehicle so it is
clean
–Check
ignition switches, Reverse, Forward, light switches, turn signals
are functioning correctly
–Drive
vehicle to make sure damage has not been done to steering,
suspension, or other critical areas
–Tighten
any bolts or rattles we can
–Check
for damage to vehicle - give estimate to do corrective repair If
vehicle needs service work we will provide you with a loaner vehicle
as long as we do the service on it
